Introduction
The third and final stage of the RTA Claims Portal has its own unique set of protocols and strategies. This is controlled by CPR Part 8 and will continue seamlessly from the Pre-Action Protocol stage.
Stage 3 of the RTA claims process is extremely important, as it is up to you (as the Claimant’s lawyer) to pursue litigation through the courts.
