Hélène Russell, solicitor (non-practising) author of the Law Society’s Knowledge Management Handbook and Practical Projects in Legal KM and contributor to ‘Measuring the ROI in KM’, ‘Emerging approaches in law firm profitability’ and ‘Innovations in Legal KM’. Hélène runs several Knowledge Management workshops in London and is Founder of Knowledge Network UK, the learning and networking group for law firm KMs in the UK.
