Introduction
Practitioners will be aware that section 25 of the Matrimonial Causes Act 1973 (‘s25 MCA’) is central to resolving any financial remedy case, both for consent orders and contested proceedings. S25 MCA is the central pillar and lays down the factors to which the court must consider in each and every case. Section 25 (2)(f) looks at arguments over the parties contributions and section 25 (2)(g) allows for conduct arguments.
