Dispute Resolution in the Workplace - The Options Available
Introduction
It is probably inevitable that disputes will arise in the workplace. Many of these will be solved by the employer and employee talking to each other. However, there will be times when it is useful to bring in an outside body to help resolve the problem.
In this virtual classroom seminar we will look at a number of different scenarios, and identify how it would be most appropriate to approach the dispute resolution process.
