Introduction
This new virtual classroom seminar will cover all aspects of the phoenix provisions including the consequences of contravention and the exceptions in the Insolvency Rules 2016.
There will also be a particular focus on what the Court looks for in an application having regard to the relevant case-law and therefore practical steps to take to ensure an application is as effective as possible.
The session is suitable for insolvency solicitors and insolvency practitioners practising in England and Wales.
