Introduction
This new virtual classroom seminar will answer important topical questions about what is lawful positive action, and what is unlawful discrimination.
Presented by expert speaker Harini Iyengar of 11 King’s Bench Walk Chambers, this session will include recent case law and practical case studies which will help put these complex topics into context.
You will also have the opportunity to take part in a group discussion and have your particular questions answered.
