Introduction

Right to manage is a powerful right given to qualifying leaseholders who seek to acquire management control of their building from their landlord. The right was first introduced in 2002, with in excess of 6000 buildings now being managed by leaseholders under the right to manage provisions.

This virtual classroom seminar provides a detailed look at recent and upcoming changes which affect right to manage, including a review of the recent Settlers Court decision and the Law Commission recommendations for reform.
