This in-person 6 hour seminar covers all aspects of both oral and written civil advocacy, including case preparation, witness statements, cross-examination, closing submissions and skeleton arguments.
It includes the use of case studies and audience participation in a variety of exercises to demonstrate each area of trial advocacy.
