This webinar will take a deep dive into the intricacies on the more complicated aspects of the billing of Magistrates’ Court work - particularly those that arise in Adult Court work and Youth Court work.

You will also gain essential insights into dealing with all of the changes to the billing of Youth Court work when dealing with serious offences - such changes taking effect for new work after the 6th December 2024.
