The Levelling Up & Regeneration Act & Its Impact on the Planning System

Introduction

Whilst the word ‘planning’ does not feature in its title, the Levelling Up & Regeneration Act 2023 (LURA) includes a raft of provisions that have already changed the planning system and others that will have a significant impact as and when they are introduced.

This webinar considers these changes and their impact on the day-to-day operation of the planning system.
