Warehouse Leases - Advising on the Practical Issues for Occupiers
Introduction
As industrial and logistics premises accounting for nearly 690M sq ft of space, business and clients in all sectors and of all sizes are impacted by the need for this space. Whether the occupier is a logistics provider themselves or a supplier or customer looking at the costs and arrangements of these premises, the need for both certainty and flexibility in these arrangements is greater than ever; not least due to the capital expenditure in making these premises fit for purpose.
This virtual classroom seminar will address some of the key practical issues that occupiers will face when taking a lease of this nature and how to ensure that the legal protections are in place so as to derisk and maximise the use of the asset for occupier clients.
