It will provide an overview of a wide range of construction law topics, relevant to transactional and contentious practice. The aim is to give delegates greater familiarity with issues and knowledge relevant to the kind of work which may arrive on their desk.

The seminar will make reference to the current law as it affects the construction industry taking due account of statutory developments and decisions in the courts. It will also include some practical exercises so that delegates can see how the seminar content may be applied in practice.
