Introduction

Bringing a claim under the Inheritance (Provisions for Family and Dependants) Act 1975 requires proceedings to be commenced with a letter of claim on behalf of the applicant.

A well drafted comprehensive letter of claim can highly effective while a poorly drafted letter of claim may work but probably more by luck than design.

In this new virtual classroom seminar participants will be guided through the best practice items to include when drafting a letter of claim.

There are several standard items that are often included, but this session will go beyond the basics and focus on what should be included to ensure that the letter is comprehensive.
