Sam Brodsky

Sam is a member of Gray's Inn Tax Chambers and accepts instructions in all areas of UK tax law. He is particularly well-placed to advise clients who have taxation issues arising from underlying commercial, property, or insolvency matters. He has been involved in litigation at all levels of the judicial system, from the First-Tier Tribunal to the Supreme Court. Earlier this month he appeared (with Nicola Shaw KC) in the Court of Appeal in HMRC v Higgins. Prior to joining Chambers, he was a lecturer in law at Christ Church, Oxford.
