Gary Lewis

Cobden House Chambers (Manchester). After being called to the Bar in 2010, Gary spent a short time lecturing Law to undergraduate students at The University of Liverpool. He has since spent over 8 years undertaking a wide range of landlord and tenant work from possession claims through to section 11 disrepair cases and from county court level through to the Court of Appeal. In doing so, he has provided regular seminars to both solicitors and housing associations on issues such as the Equality Act 2010, public law issues and disrepair and is also a landlord/practitioner.
