Suzanne Rab
Barrister, Serle Court. Professor Suzanne Rab has two decades of wide experience of competition law, regulatory law, data protection and EU law. Her practice has a particular focus on the interface between innovation, trade and economic regulation. In private practice as a solicitor prior to joining the Bar, she has held positions at leading international regulation and trade practices. Most recently she was a partner and head of regulatory practice with a leading US law firm. She is Professor of Commercial Law and holds the Practice Chair at Brunel University, a law lecturer at Oxford University and a Visiting Professor at Imperial College, London (IPR and competition). Suzanne is also author of chapters on competition law and telecoms in a new book Artificial Intelligence Law and Regulation (Edward Elgar).
