Will Hayes

Will is an associate whose practice includes representing clients in extradition proceedings, challenging INTERPOL red notices and advising on other cross-jurisdictional matters. He has particular expertise in cases originating from India, but has also advised clients in cases concerning other jurisdictions. He recently represented an Iranian client whose extradition was sought by the US in connection with alleged violations of US sanctions imposed against Iran. The case involved complex legal issues and was set against an intensely political backdrop. Will’s cases often attract significant press interest. Will is a member of the Defence Extradition Lawyers Forum.
