Clare Harman Clark

Taylor Wessing. Clare is a senior counsel in the Real Estate group. She has specialised in commercial property law since 2008, and advised owners, investors, funders, developers, and asset managers in relation to many high-value transactions. Clare chairs the Law Society's Property Section committee, and lectures in property law on the Legal Practice Course at the University of Westminster. She has authored 'A Practical Guide to Green Leases for Property Professionals' and a position paper on solving the split incentive gap for the Sustainable Markets Initiative (for adoption at COP 2024).
