Rosalind Connor

Rosalind Connor, Managing Partner, Arc. Rosalind has particular expertise in advising in distressed situations, and was involved in the first apportionment carried out for PPF purposes in a distressed business restructuring. As well as advising pension trustees and employers on many restructuring and insolvency situations, Rosalind has co-authored a book (Pensions and Corporate Insolvency: a practitioner’s Guide (Jordan’s)). Rosalind was also Chair of the Association of Pension Lawyers between 2015 and 2017 and is a Fellow of the Pensions Management Institute and sits on the committee of its London Group as Immediate Past Chairman.
