Lara Martini

Lara’s unique career spans across business strategy, commercial leadership, digital transformation and sustainability. A successful senior executive at Microsoft and Salesforce for over two decades, she is currently a Non-Executive Director and Board Advisor, focusing on sustainable business. Lara has a certification in ESG investing from the CFA, is a graduate of the Prince of Wales Business and Sustainability Programme at the Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership, and holds an MBA from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. She also has significant training and teaching experience, having worked with the Cox School of Business, MEIRC Training and Consulting, the CISL and the Brooks School of Public Policy at Cornell University.
