Christopher Hare
Barrister, Guildhall Chambers; Professor, Somerville College, Oxford University. Christopher is an academic and barrister. His teaching and research focus on general private law theory with specialisms in banking law, company law, corporate finance and trade finance. His practice spans general commercial and financial disputes, as well as corporate and personal insolvency and property and estates work. He has previously taught the Conflict of Laws during his time at Jesus College, Cambridge and has advised on a number of cross-border matters, including jurisdiction and choice of law issues in insolvency and estates disputes.
