Magdalena Cass

Magdalena is a Barrister at Becket Chambers. She has experience in all areas of public, private and matrimonial finance proceedings. Magdalena regularly represents parties in very stressful situations often involving allegations of domestic or child abuse as well as issues of neglect, substance misuse and parental alienation. She has a particularly busy practice in Public Law Children and is skilled in dealing with strongly contested matters and complex multi-day hearings.
