Andrew has wide experience of all aspects of insolvency and restructuring work and has been involved in many of the retail restructurings that have occurred in recent years including Toys R Us, House of Fraser, the Arcadia Group, Mamas & Papas, L K Bennett and Debenhams. He has often been instructed to advise on the validity of officeholders’ appointments and has particular expertise in applications to remove or replace insolvency officeholders. A significant proportion of Andrew’s insolvency work relates to entities regulated by the FCA.
