Holly Joseph

Trainee Solicitor, Gunnercooke. Holly advises on wide a range of issues across Web3, AI, payments and emerging tech, including commercial contracts, SAFTs, staking, regulatory perimeter issues, the regulatory treatment of tokens, use of tokens for payments, and international set-up considerations. She has worked on secondment with a crypto native bank and with one of the largest global payment services providers on developing the systems and controls for fiat and crypto payments. Holly has recently been shortlisted for the prestigious Citywealth Magic Circle Awards 2025 in the ‘Tomorrow Club Award’ category, which recognises rising stars in FinTech and asset management.
