Eoin Devlin

Director, Kroll. Eoin is a regulatory compliance professional with over 14 years’ experience supporting MiFID firms, AIFMs, and UCITS Management Companies. At Kroll, he has led regulatory implementation projects, due diligence reviews, and compliance advisory engagements. He has also held several Pre-Approval Controlled Function (PCF) roles which were approved by the Central Bank of Ireland, including Head of Compliance and Designated Person for Operational Risk and Fund Risk Management. Previously, Eoin worked at KBC Bank Ireland on compliance monitoring and at Euronext Dublin overseeing issuer compliance with exchange and EU rules. He holds degrees from Trinity College Dublin and Dublin City University, along with professional qualifications from the Compliance Institute and CISI. Eoin is a member of the Compliance Institute’s Sustainability Working Group.
