Introduction

The Agriculture Act 2020 introduced several changes to both the Agricultural Holdings Act and Agricultural Tenancies Act tenancies.

Implementation of the Agriculture Act 2020 has happened in stages but from 1 September 2024 all these changes will have become fully implemented by regulations introduced in England and Wales.

This webinar will provide an overview of those changes, the contents of the regulations and the guidance which has been developed in conjunction with the industry to assist with the resolution of issues and disputes between landlords and tenants going forward.
