Amending Planning Consents - A Guide to the Options Available

Making necessary adjustments to planning permissions as schemes evolve can prove a difficult process. Recently both the Supreme Court and Court of Appeal have provided guidance on the correct approach to amending planning permissions and highlighted some significant limitations in the mechanisms available.
This virtual classroom seminar will consider the options available for amending consents in the light of recent case law and offer some practical insights.
Future developments will also be considered.
