Introduction

A 2024 survey by Bloom UK Ltd found that 93% of women reported that they had suffered mental health issues because of poor work-life balance.

Stress, anxiety and burnout were raised as issues, as well as unmanageable workloads. 83% of women said that poor work-life balance has caused physical health problems.

This short webinar will look at the survey in more detail and explore the ways that women (and indeed all employees) can be better supported to achieve a good work-life balance.
