CLC’s Code of Conduct - A Boxset for Conveyancers
Introduction
Conveyancers and firms regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) must adhere to the CLC’s regulatory regime which is underpinned by the Handbook that sets out the regulatory responsibilities of all individuals and firms regulated by them.
This 6-part modular webinar series will give conveyancers a practical introduction to the key regulatory responsibilities and the CLC’s Codes. It will contain practical examples to put the conduct rules into practice.
It will act as a useful introduction for practitioners new to this area and may act as a refresher for more experienced conveyancers. The focus will be on conveyancers doing the job in practice, rather than those setting up a firm.
