Introduction

Conveyancers and firms regulated by the Council for Licensed Conveyancers (CLC) must adhere to the CLC’s regulatory regime which is underpinned by the Handbook that sets out the regulatory responsibilities of all individuals and firms regulated by them.

This virtual classroom seminar will give a practical overview for coal face conveyancers of some of the key regulatory responsibilities and the CLC’s Accounts Code. The session will contain practical examples to put the conduct rules into practice and delegates will have the chance to ask questions throughout.

This virtual classroom seminar will cover some of the key points to consider and will act as a useful introduction for practitioners new to this area and may act as a useful refresher for more experienced conveyancers. The focus will be on conveyancers doing the job in practice, rather than those setting up a firm.
