Introduction
Following recent changes to the UK Corporate Governance Code, as well as current areas of regulatory focus such as Consumer Duty and ESG and how they impact firm’s corporate governance arrangements, this short webinar will explore some of the main corporate governance considerations for financial services firms, touching on some key themes relevant to most firms that are regulated under FSMA.
The webinar will provide you with a better understanding of regulatory requirements (including conduct and reporting) relating to corporate governance for FS firms, helping you to keep pace with regulatory expectations of the governance and management of firms.
