Introduction

If you are involved in advising in relation to private company acquisitions, then this virtual classroom seminar is for you.

The Economic Crime and Corporate Transparency Act ('ECCTA') received Royal Assent on 26 October 2023. This online session builds on from the Corporate Transparency Proposed Reforms Learn Live which provided an overview as to the likely reform impact.

This session will focus on key areas to consider as part of a private company acquisition.

What You Will Learn

This live and interactive session will cover the following:

  • ECCTA implications for due diligence currently including areas to consider adding to questionnaires (and additional implications relating to areas not yet in force)
  • Consideration of warranty cover in relation to the additional risks posed by the ECCTA reforms
  • ECCTA completion and post completion considerations

Recording of live sessions: Soon after the Learn Live session has taken place you will be able to go back and access the recording - should you wish to revisit the material discussed.
