Jackie Sheldon

Jackie qualified and practised as a corporate solicitor in a large City firm before moving to the North West where she worked at two commercial firms including Hammonds where she specialised in advising on corporate acquisitions. Jackie has been teaching for over 15 years, is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy and has a Post Graduate Certificate in Professional Education. Jackie has recently co-authored a book with Kate Shepherd: 'Advising Effectively on the Employment Aspects of a Corporate Transaction - A Practical Guide for Junior Lawyers', Law Brief Publishing, 2021.
