Introduction

Usually the conveyancer’s main aim is to overcome all the frustrations, technicalities, and clients’ demands and reach the stage when completion takes place. A relief perhaps, but then it is not simply a matter of filling in a Land Registry form and putting the file to bed.

Unfortunately, conveyancing life is not like that and there can be major headaches if and when Land Registry decides your application is flawed. Requisitions can be raised, and your application may end up rejected, priority lost and with numerous attendant problems. This virtual classroom seminar will explore these problems and provide practical guidance.
