The NEC Facilities Management (FM) Contract - Update 2024

Introduction

In 2021, the publishers of the NEC Contract added a new addition to the family, which for the first time focussed on facilities management. This followed extended consultation with industry and exploration of the Term Service contract.

It is a contract which is dedicated to FM, so those involved in operations and in outsourcing need to be trained so they can procure on it, advise on it, and operate it in practice, whether buyer or seller.

This 30-minute webinar acts as your entry point providing a solid overview of the NEC FM contract.

We will also look at how it is faring with industry users, 3 years on from its launch.
