Introduction

Trade mark law is becoming ever more complex and keeping abreast of the latest developments in case law is essential for busy practitioners.

This new virtual classroom seminar will guide you through carefully chosen recent UK trade mark case law and how these have impacted on general practice, as well as the latest tribunal practice notices to ensure your knowledge is up to date.

The cases will cover updates to infringement considerations, passing off, acquiescence, and e-commerce and online platform liabilities.

The session will also include a review on abuse of process.
