Workplace Bullying & Harassment - An Update for Support Staff
Introduction
This short webinar is specifically aimed at support staff, to enable them to understand harassment and bullying, what it is and what should be done if it is observed in the workplace.
This webinar could be used as part of the induction process to alert employees to the importance of being aware of inappropriate behaviour and not to be afraid to challenge it. The webinar covers the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 2010) Act 2023, which requires employers to take reasonable steps to stop sexual harassment occurring.
