Barrister, 3 Hare Court. Charlotte undertakes the full spectrum of chambers’ work and has developed a particular specialism in financial services disputes over the past decade. Her experience includes both the contentious and non-contentious elements of financial services regulation such as enforcement and investigations, contentious change in controls, satellite litigation arising from regulatory action, transition away from LIBOR, the Bank’s proposed Shari’ah Compliant Facility and global codes of conduct e.g., the FX Global Code.
