Nick Wright

Jerroms Miller Specialist Tax. Nick qualified with the ICAEW in 2014 before deciding to specialise in the field of taxation. He became a Chartered Tax Adviser (CTA) in 2016, with a focus on technical corporate tax planning and company restructures. Nick advises on a variety of projects, from mergers and acquisitions to business incorporations, management buyouts and demergers. He can also help business owners in preparing for exit with tax efficiency and employee related securities (ERS) in mind. Nick is also a frequent writer for Taxation magazine and has had a number of articles published.
