It will ensure you understand the fundamental points for consideration when advising a client on the legal forms that a business may use for its operations. It will help you understand the business landscape available including all of the key differences between sole traders, traditional partnerships, LLPs and private limited companies as well as the documents you will need on incorporation (together with recommended documentation).
