The introduction of The Limitation (Childhood Abuse) (Scotland) Act 2017 and Scotland’s Redress scheme has allowed claims to be brought that were previously impossible, but they remain complex cases and not every claim will be successful.

This live session will provide practical guidance on assessing the prospects of prospective claims, based upon the latest judgements and developments.
