Housing Disrepair Claims - A Practical Workshop
Introduction
Social landlords are inundated with housing conditions claims alleging breach of their repairing obligations. With the introduction of Awaab’s Law in October 2025, obligations (and claims) on landlords will only increase.
This full day course will work through defending housing conditions claims including managing high volumes of cases and settling cases early and on the best terms. Ultimately this will save landlords money and assist in streamlining current work practices to use resources as efficiently and effectively as possible.
The workshop will be interactive, with opportunities for group work, discussion, and case studies.
